At DMW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
